In some cases, processing may take up to 3 business days. Backordered items will ship as soon as they are available.

We use DHL to deliver within Albania. Shipping rates and delivery estimates are calculated at checkout.

Free shipping on orders over 1025 € within Albania.

If the lowest shipping cost exceeds 15.00 €, we cover up to 15.00 €, and you pay the rest. This is called Reduced Shipping.

Overstock items do not count toward the threshold. Some items may be excluded due to size/weight.

Free shipping methods may be untracked and uninsured.

Refused shipments due to unpaid customs charges are non-refundable.

Due to custom production, e-liquids cannot be canceled or refunded once created.
